Three-life lease by which Sebastião Afonso Lício and Leonor de Figueiroa, his wife, lease to João Pires a bouça, called Val de Monte, sited in the parish of Santiago de Amorim, on the outskirts of Barcelos, property of the chapel of Conceição, located in the church of São Pedro de Miragaia. This chapel was established by Afonso Luís and Bárbara Pires de Figueiroa and is administrated by Sebastião Afonso Lício and Gaspar Luís Figueiroa, his brother.
It is followed by an approval deed made by Gaspar Luís Figueiroa and Margarida Monteiro, his wife, dated 1580-03-19.
