Tombo containing the wills of João de Resende and his brother, Pedro Homem de Resende, and other documentation related to their entails, made by order of João de Resende and signed by him.
Contains João de Resende's will, with its respective approval and opening deed; an exemplification of Pedro Homem de Resende's will, with its its approval and opening deed; two donation deeds made to Pedro Homem de Resende by his mother and aunt; a donation deed made to João de Resende by his sister; a will by frei Teotónio, their brother, formerly known as Jorge de Almeida, who gave up his legitime to his brothers, with its respective approval deed; a letter of quittance by the monastery of Alcobaça; and an inventory of the properties belonging to João de Resende; also contains another loose copy of one of the donation deeds.
