Tombo (extract) of the chapel established by de Maria Cosme in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. It explains that the institutor ordered five annual masses entailed to houses in Lisboa. The administrators were Gonçalo Fernandes, Vicente Fernandes de Andrade, escrivão do Cível, and his son padre António de Andrade. The masses were paid between 1636 and 1677.
