Warrant to the Hospital de Santo António dos Portugueses in Madrid giving it the remaining income – after every expense was paid – and the power to appoint the administrator of the chapel founded by Gil Martins and Estevaínha Gomes in the monastery of São Francisco of Estremoz. Such income was given by king D. Sebastião in 1571 for the repair of the monastery and later to the Hospital de Santo António dos Portugueses in Madrid, which now the king confirms.
