Will made in Nisa by which padre Belchior Rodrigues expressed his wish to be buried in the main church of this town, in the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Rosa. He bequeathed all the assets of his reserved portion, composed of lands, grounds and an olive grove, to his aunt, whose name is not mentioned, with the condition the she would marry his niece Maria Cacheira, who lived in Évora, and, after the aunt's death, Maria should inherit all his assets with the condition that she would come and live in Nisa and would order the celebration of fourty masses every year. Those properties should be entailed with all the regular clauses of perpetual inalienability and, after the death of Maria, the succession should continue on her descendants.
