She named her nephew Diogo Mimoso as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, the succession should always continue, preferably, on his eldest male heirs or, if he had none, the administration would be handed to João Caldeira, uncle of the institutor, and his children after him, starting with padre António Caldeira and Ana Mimosa after him.
