She named her brother Diogo Vaz as first administrator during his lifetime, and, after his death, he would be succeeded by his eldest male heir, with the condition that instead of ten masses he would order the celebration of twelve masses every year, and from there on the administrators would celebrate not only twelve, but fifteen masses every year.
