Will by which Maria Vaz Miranda expresses her wish to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Portalegre and establishes an entail composed of her part of a farmland in Ribeira da Seda and her houses, with a perpetual obligation of four sung masses celebrated every year. The institutor named her brother António Vaz as first administrator during his lifetime with the condition that he would become a clergyman and, after his death, he would be succeeded by Manuel Martins de Alegrete and from there on the succession should continue on his descendants.
