He establishes an entail for his nephew, Gaspar de Videira, with a perpetual pious obligation of five annual masses. After his death, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. Gaspar would only receive the administration if he married a woman of his own condition and that had assets worth at least one third of all properties the institutor bequeathed to Gaspar. Within sixteen years after Gaspar received the administration, or any of his descendants, he would be obliged to send one close relative to study in the universities of Coimbra or Salamanca, giving him an stipend worth 100 cruzados every year for his own maintainance.
