This entail is composed of land located in Vale de Figueiró. The third entail would have a perpetual pious obligation of five masses celebrated every year and would be administrated by his Leonor Pires, sister of the institutor, during her lifetime and, before her death, she would appoint one of her children or a close relative to succeed her on the administration. This entail is composed of a "souto" in the place of Arraial.
