The institutor named his nephew Jerónimo Dias as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, the succession should continue on his descendants. If Jerónimo had no heirs, the administration would be handled to his Isabel Chambel, niece of the institutor, or to any son or daughter of Matias Marques, brother of the institutor, or the closest relative of the Sanfarrões lineage, or to the Confraria do Santíssimo Sacramento in case of complete extinction of the institutor's lineage.
