Will chart by which Jerónimo Borges, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei and Camareiro e Guarda-Roupa dos Reis D. Henrique e D. Filipe, establishes an entail with houses he had in Lisboa, instituting the obligation of using its revenues to support the celebration of two weekly masses in his chapel of Nossa Senhora da Conceição of the convent of Santo António dos Capuchos of Lisboa. He appoints his wife, D. Ana de Almeida, as the entail's first administrator. After her death, the entail would be inherited by Manuel Borges, simultaneously Jerónimo's brother-in-law and nephew, who should pass it to his descendants. He chooses to be buried inside his chapel. D. Ana de Almeida subscribed the will, approving the clauses declared by her husband. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1588-07-11.
