Capela de Luís Pereira da Silva e de sua mulher Maria de Góis, instituída em 1598-05-20 com encargo de duas missas cantadas anuais. O documento de sub-rogação da capela, datado de 1840-07-05, refere que as propriedades pertencentes a este vínculo, sitas no Porto da Cruz, nos sítios do Serrado, Palmeira, Brasil, Pico da Vigia, Ermoitados e Cruz de Almeida, avaliadas em sete mil quinhentos e sessenta e dois escudos, foram substituídos por igual valor num prédio nobre no Sítio do Vale, freguesia de Santa Luzia, junto à Quinta do Dr. Alexandre Renton.

Observações:
Uma quitação datada de 1634-09-18, extraída do processo nº 3 da cx. 65 atual, refere que Maria de Góis, mulher de Luís Pereira, faleceu em 1629-03-03.
