Capela de Pedro Ferreira Ribeiro, solteiro, instituída em 1556 com encargo de duas missas anuais, imposto numa propriedades nos sítios dos Lameiros e Tanque, na Ponta Delgada, e outra na Fajã da Areia, em São Vicente. Em 1840-07-(07) procede-se à sub-rogação destas propriedades por outra no sítio da Madalena em Santo António, cujo capital de foro valia seiscentos e um mil réis.
Herdeiro: seu sobrinho de Bastião Ferreira Ribeiro.
Administrador em 1838 (índice): Roberto Joaquim Cuibem.
Último administrador: D. Henriqueta Cuibem.
Observações: estes autos são reformados em 1835 visto os anteriores se terem extraviado.
