Capela de Domingos Fernandes, casado primeiro com Catarina Vicente e depois com Isabel Antónia, instituída em 1598-05-23 com encargo de três missas anuais, impostos numas casas acima do Mosteiro de Santa Clara.
Uma declaração feita em 16(?)7 e inscrita na folha 19v, refere que essas casas situam-se "no canto do bequo que vay para as ruas e caminho que vay para o Piquo na entrada do bequo que vay para os Moinhos".
Primeiro e último administradores: sua mulher Isabel Antónia e António Fernandes Camacho.
Observações: no testamento e primeiras quitações, o instituidor é chamado Domingos Fernandes, boieiro, mas nos restantes acrescenta-se o apelido Ribeiro.
