Capela de Isabel Lopes Correia, filha de Diogo Lopes e Isabel Lopes Correia, instituída em 1564-(01)-05, com encargo de uma missa anual no dia de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, imposto em cinco fazendas em Câmara de Lobos, quatro no sítio do Salão e uma na Ribeira da Caixa, cujas confrontações estão delimitadas no Termo de juramento e declaração inscrito na folha 149 v e 150. O testamento refere que a instituidora possuía propriedades em Câmara de Lobos, na Tábua e uma casa no Funchal.
Observações: contém o testamento de Bárbara Caldeira, moça donzela, filha de Bárbara Gomes e de João Caldeira, aprovado em 1626-04-30, o qual refere os bens da terça de sua tia Isabel Lopes Correia.
