Capela de Pedro de Bettencourt, marido de Elvira Rodrigues, instituída em 1550-10-25, com encargo de quatro missas anuais no altar de Nossa Senhora do Rosário por intenção de seu pai João Afonso Bettencourt e de sua madrasta Ana Rodrigues, imposto num pedaço de vinha nos Arrifes, acima do Rosário.
Último administrador: Jerónimo Perestrelo Baptista de Agrela.
Observações:
O processo encontra-se em péssimo estado de conservação, sendo impossível determinar o número de fólios. A capela de Elvira Rodrigues possui a cota atual cx. 82, nº 10, e destes autos extraiu-se a data de instituição da capela de Pedro de Bettencourt.
