Capela de Francisco Serrão, escudeiro, instituído em 1535-07-14 com encargo de doze missas anuais, imposto num lugar de vinhas e canas sito na Achada de S. Bartolomeu, Estreito da Calheta.
Primeiros e último administradores: sua mulher Lucrécia Resende, depois seu sobrinho Manuel Serrão, filho de Diogo Serrão; Francisca Esteves, mulher de Manuel Serrão.
Observações: o instrumento de instituição desta capela datada de 1535-07-14 de doação de uma lugar de vinhas, e canas, 15 colmeias e 20 casas de pipas vazias ao sobrinho Manuel Serrão. A referida escritura determina que sua mulher Lucrécia Resende possua metade desta fazenda e por sua morte fique ao dito seu sobrinho Manuel Serrão com o mesmo encargo.
Contém o instrumento dotado de 1536-07-08, de posse dos bens doados a Manuel Serrão.
