Capela de Pedro Gonçalves de Vale da Bica instituída em 1620-04-13, com o encargo anual de três missas de Natal e 400 réis de foro para a Confraria do Santíssimo Sacramento da Calheta, para quatro missas. Encargos impostos numa fazenda no Pico Ruivo e outras no Lobo dos Serrões, cujas confrontações constam do Termo de Ordenação e dos Autos de Sequestro, feitos respetivamente em 1787-10-24 e 1787-08-07 e 08. O testamento refere escravos e sua divida a António Gonçalves, mercador.
Primeiros e último administradores: sua mulher Catarina Velosa e depois suas primas Águeda e Catarina, filhas de Rui Gonçalves.
