Will by which Diogo Pestana, prior de Santa Marinha de Lisboa, ordered to be buried in the chapel of Pedro Salgado, of which he was its administrator. He left to his niece Violante Pestana, daughter of his niece Catarina Botelho, all his movable and immovable goods, with the obligation to order the celebration of masses in the Monastery of Varatojo, in Torres Vedras. He also bequeathed a vineyard in Varatojo to Sebastião Pacheco, his "caseiro", and to his wife, Guiomar Pires, during their lifetime. After their deaths, the vineyard shall be bequeathed to Violante Pestana. Part of its usufruct should be shared with the guardian of the convent of Santo António do Varatojo, to support masses for the institutor's soul. This entail is composed of "casais" located in Torrões, Santa Catarina and Santa Iria; and an orchard, houses and vineyards in Lourinhã and its outskirts. Followed by an approval deed dated 1620-08-04.
