Will made by Fernando Rodrigues Modino, in which he ordered the foundation of an entail, incorporating in it a rent taken from a property in the outskirts of Arronches ("herdade da Fragosa"), with a perpetual obligation of five masses celebrated every year. He designated his niece Maria Rodrigues, wife of Bento Rodrigues Almendo, to administrate it. She would be succeeded by her eldest son or daughter.
