She named her three children, Gregório Lopes, Catarina de Almeida and Isabel de Almeida to administrate the entail with the condition that they would share the administration during their lifes, and the eldest male heir of each of them. If one of them died, the administration would be handled to the others that remained alive. If none of them had children, then the administration should be handled to her nephew Manuel Ribeiro and his descendants after him. No administrator could ever marry a person descendant of new-christians, moors or hebrews.
