The couple appointed as first administrator their nephew and priest João Gonçalves. After his death, he should be succedded by the couple's son-in-law Pedro Fernandes Carneiro and his offspring. Nevertheless, the administrator should be exercised rotationally between Pedro Fernandes Carneiro's offspring and the person who lived in the house of the institutors. The chaplain should preferably be a relative of the institutors.
