Will chart by which Manuel Carneiro, Cavaleiro Fidalgo da Casa do Rei, established a chapel in the convent of S. Francisco, entailing to it his houses near the Ponte das Tábuas, Porto. He designated his wife, Ana Bravo, to administrate it and obligated her and her descendants to celebrate 35 annual for his soul in that convent. Ana Bravo gave her consent to this deed. Followed by a certificate issued on 1558-10-22.
