He established an entail with a third part his assets and the a third part of assets that D. Francisca had left him and appointing Diogo Ribeiro, his son, to administer it. The succession should be done in the same way as his father determines when he entailed a third part of his assets, except for the obligation to reside in Sernancelhe. He entailed half of the land of Ressaio to the entail instituted by his father. He also administered an entail instituted by Cristóvão da Fonseca Ribeiro, his uncle, ordering that the administrator foreseen in the institution be followed. The charges were to be celebrated in the chapel of Nossa Senhora das Neves, in Távora.
