He bequeathed his available portion to his son, Paulo Pacheco, with the pious obligation of a perpetual chapel, half of it for his soul and the other half for his wife's, Maria da Rocha, soul. He also bequeathed to his daughter, Isabel de São João, professa in the monastery of Santo André of Vila Franca do Campo, 13 alqueires and a half of land, that was bequeathed to him by his aunt, Isabel Correia, with the pious obligation of half of a chapel. He also bequeathed these alqueires to his daughter with the pious obligation a chapel of masses, half of it for the soul of his aunt, the first institutor, and the other half for his soul.
