Will chart by which Leonor Fernandes, Lourenço Eanes' widow, bequeaths an olive grove, in S. Lázaro, to João de Santiago with the obligation of giving, each year, olive oil to light a lamp in her chapel of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. The property should be transmitted to his son.
The testator establishes an entail with houses in Lisboa and a farmstead (quinta) in Camarate, appointing Afonso Taveira, Pedro Taveira's son, her grandnephew, to be its first administrator. He and his descendants are obligated to support the celebration of annual masses in her chapel of the convent of S. Domingos, to give, each year, olive oil to light a lamp inside it and 4 200 reais brancos to its friars.
She founds another entail with houses in Lisboa and lands (casal) in Alcântara and Alcolena, determining that its first administrator should be Rui da Grã, Desembargador do Rei, her nephew. The future administrators of the entail must support the celebration of annual masses for her soul in the church of S. Mamede of that city.
