Will chart of Rui Pais, ordering himself to be buried in the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Moura, in the same grave as Pedro Gomes, his uncle. He entails half of the olive grove in Vale de Pegas, which he inherited of his mother, adding it to the half he inherited of his uncle, in order to fulfill his duties. He appoints Beatriz Gomes as administrator, and a son must follow her, different from the one in Pedro Gomes' chapel. Its should always be administered separately.
Contains an approval deed (dated 1577-08-25) and a codicil (dated 1577-08-26).
