The land would be divided into equal parts, being administered separately. Catarina Marques ordered also another other chapel. Named Isabel Fernandes and Margarida, daughters of Manuel Fernandes, her nieces, as first administrators during them lifetime. Isabel Fernandes was supposed to live in the houses entailed all her lifetime, paying Margarida 2.000 réis every year. After the death of the last of them, she would be succeeded by her eldest son and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir.
