Will chart made by Fernando Gomes Semedo in which he ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year in Nisa. He appointed Álvaro Semedo to be the first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he shall be succeeded by Catarina and from there on the succession shall continue, preferably, on the eldest heir.
