Will chart by which Jerónimo de Figueiredo, son of Isabel do Avelar and Henrique de Figueiredo, establishes an entail, appointing his mother as his heir. He requests to be buried in the chapel of S. José of the church of Santa Justa of Lisboa, with the obligation of four annual masses for his soul. He also establishes an obligation of an annual mass in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where his father is buried. He bequeaths his mother a property in campo da Valada, Santarém, to entail, but allows her to subrogate it, if she wishes. He also bequeaths his brother, António de Figueiredo, houses in rua da Comendadeira, which had an obligation of five annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa.
Followed by approval deed, dated 1544-04-17, and opening deed, dated 1544-04-24, which explains he died on 1544-04-23.
