Will chart made by Rui Velho and his wife Guiomar de Teves in which they ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated in the mother church of São Sebastião of Ponta Delgada. They appointed Violante Velho to be the first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she shall be succeeded by her son or daughter, with preference for the eldest male.
