Will chart by which Afonso Mendes, escrivão das Entradas da Porta de S. Vicente, bequeaths houses in Lisboa to his wife, Margarida Jorge, obligating her to use its revenues to celebrate 5 annual masses for his soul and the soul of Incensa Nunes, his first wife. He declares that his remains should be buried inside the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. Followed by two declarations signed by the testator, written on the same date, through which he revokes his previous wills and by an approval deed issued on August of 1600.
