Will chart by which Estêvão Pires bequeaths houses and a vineyard in Lumiar to his brother, Fernando Pires, declaring that him and his descendants should celebrate 2 annual masses for his soul in the church of S. João of Lumiar.
He leaves lands in Sintra to his other nephew, Pedro Álvares, determining that him and his heirs must support the celebration of 2 masses, each year, for his soul in that church.
The testator also bequeaths lands in Bunheira and Godinheira, located on the outskirts of Lisboa, to his nephew, Álvaro Eanes, obligating him and his descendants to support the celebration of 2 annual masses for his soul and the souls of his parents in S. João Batista of Lumiar.
He declares that his body should be buried inside that church and that his heirs must put over his grave a tombstone with an epitaph. He leaves 5 cruzados for the painting of an altarpiece devoted to S. Sebastião.
