Will (extract) by which Tristão da Cunha de Carvalho bequeaths his sister, D. Maria, his quinta da Beira. If she doesn't have any children, she shall pass it to João de Barros, son of their cousin D. Maria da Guerra, with an obligation of a daily mass for his soul in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas. If João de Barros dies before D. Maria, she can appoint the next administrator among the relatives from their father's side of the family.
