Will (extract) by which Francisco de Cerveira, his son Pedro Mendes de Matos and his daughter-in-law Joana de Carvalho established an entail, designating their niece D. Mariana de Sande to be its first administrator if the couple died childless. The administrator was due to order the celebration of masses with the rents of an estate in Monsaraz, houses and vineyards in Borba, a "ferregial" no Outeiro do Fiscal and an olive grove in Vila Viçosa.
