Will (extract) by which António Fernandes bequeathed houses in Lisboa to his mother, Isabel Fernandes, who had to leave them, at the time of her death, to a woman appointed by him. This woman would be obligated to give, each year, 3 cruzados to the brotherhood of the Fiéis de Deus, which would be responsible for celebrating a perpetual monthly mass for the testator's soul in the church of S. Pedro of Alfama. The houses could never be sold or exchanged for others. After the woman's death, the entail would be inherited by a relative chosen by her.
