He entails the casais de Paços to support five masses each year and appoints his nephew Afonso for the chapel's administration. He entails his casal do Reguengo de Sabadim to another obligation of five annual masses, and bequeaths it to Gonçalo, son of Domingas, criada of Domingos Martins de Carvalho de Alva. He bequeaths other properties to Álvaro, João, Maria, Constança and Graça, his criados, with the obligation of five masses each. He designates Lourenço Martins, his cousin, as his universal heir and executor, and orders him to fulfil other obligations in the monastery of Sabadim.
