Will (extract) by which Catarina Lopes, appoints her husband, Afonso Bembo, as her will's executor. She establishes a chapel of 25 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, with the revenue of a farmstead in Azeitão, under the condition that, at the time of his death, her husband shall entail this farmstead and bequeath it to one of his two sons, João Bembo or Fabrício Bembo.
