Poderá dever-se a um lapso do escrivão dos tombos de S. Francisco de Lisboa que confundiu este testamento, feito em mão comum por António Teixeira e sua mulher, com o testamento e o codicilo feitos apenas por António Teixeira, em 1654-06-30 e 1654-07-02 (v. VINC006468 ATFBAT EA/002) e nos quais o testador se refere a esta doação.

Haverá, possivelmente, lapso na datação de HSJ, não só no mês, como no ano, uma vez que em CSFL todas as verbas do testamento feito em conjunto por António Teixeira e Francisco Botelho são de 1648-04-02 (v. VINC006470 ATFBLB EA/002).
