Will (extract) by which Jerónima da Trindade, wife of Manuel Marques, expresses her wish to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, near her ancestors. She bequeaths her properties to her husband, under the condition that he shall use them to buy properties to establish an obligation of a weekly mass every Saturday in that convent. This entail shall always be administered by their closest relatives. If there are clergymen in the family, they shall have precedence over other descendants. If her nephew, padre Afonso de Sousa, is still alive at the time of her husband's death, he shall inherit everything.
Followed by a summary of a deed of sale by which Afonso de Sousa bought houses to entail to the chapel of his aunt, dated 1609-11-22.
