Will (extract) in which Ana de Abreu bequeaths all her remaining assets to her brother, Miguel de Abreu, on the condition that they form an entail. She provides further details about her assets and what should be entailed, including her houses in Poço de Borratém, Lisboa, and a sum of money that must be invested in properties or a public debt instrument. The testator appoints her brother, Frei Bartolomeu de Santo Agostinho, as her will executor, and instructs him and Miguel de Abreu to prepare the deed for the institution of this entail.
