Fernando Coutinho, because she is the daughter of Rui da Silva, grandson of the first administrator and son of his second son, Jorge da Silva. It condemns condes de S. Lourenço, defendants, to relinquish to D. Juliana the entail's assets with their income generated since the undue occupation until their return. This acórdão also excludes from the entail's succession António Correia da Silva, plaintiff, Pedro da Silva, opponent, and the late D. André de Almada, opponent.
