Acórdão

Acórdão do Desembargo judging D. Juliana Catarina de Meneses, opponent, as the legitimate successor of the entail founded by D. Fernando Coutinho, because she is the daughter of Rui da Silva, grandson of the first administrator and son of his second son, Jorge da Silva. It condemns condes de S. Lourenço, defendants, to relinquish to D. Juliana the entail's assets with their income generated since the undue occupation until their return. This acórdão also excludes from the entail's succession António Correia da Silva, plaintiff, Pedro da Silva, opponent, and the late D. André de Almada, opponent.

Fernando Coutinho, bishop of Algarve, and a court sentence, copied from a concluded autos and requested by João da Silva Telo e Meneses, conde de Aveiras.

Declaration deed

Declaration deed by Rui Pereira da Silva and D. Isabel Coutinho, his wife, annexing some houses in Lisbon to the entail founded by the late D. Fernando Coutinho, their father-in-law and father, respectively. They bought these houses with with the money from the sale of a farmhouse, in Lisbon, and an estate in Campo de Ourique, in the outskirts of Messejana, belonging to the entail but faraway from its head, in Lagos, plus 200.000 réis from their house and real estate. They declare that his successor should bring these 200.000 réis to the partition of their real estate. They also order to attach this declaration deed to the entail's tombo, so there is no doubts.

Dowry deed

Dowry deed by D. Fernando Coutinho, bishop of Algarve, to marry Rui Pereira, son of João da Silva, regedor das justiças do reino, to D. Isabel Coutinho da Silva, daughter of D. Fernando, giving them all his assets as an entail, with the pious obligation of a perpetual annual mass. The institutor defines some accumulation clauses regarding this entail and the entail of João da Silva. Only Rui Pereira, if he inherits his father's entail, and his male son can succeed in both entails. After them, these entails should be separated.
