Codicil made by the deceased Sebastião Mendes Canto, in which he annexed a property with vineyard, orchard and water reservoirs to the entail he founded on his will, and increased the perpetual masses obligation to 85 masses. He also mentioned that 200.000 réis were owed to him by several persons, and after those debts were payed the money should be spent in real state properties, over which the administrators would impose more pious obligations.
