Codicil by which Paio Rodrigues revoked part of his will, declaring that his children should not inherit the assets entailed to Pedro Vaz da Praça's chapel nor the third part of his assets. After his death, his estate would be divided in two parts, one would be given to his grandson, Jorge da Cunha, and the other to António, his other grandson. They were both sons of Pedro da Cunha and Constança Soares. Each of them had to transmit his patrimony to his descendants with the obligation of celebrating 2 annual masses. If they died without leaving offspring, they would be succeeded by Gaspar, their brother. The testator also appointed Pedro Vaz, his son, to administrate Fernando Pais' chapel. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1528-02-14.
