Court sentence absolving condes do Vimioso, defendants, from paying to the qualified plaintiff, the wife of conde Matias de Albuquerque, the debt resulting from the collection of the rents of the entail of Matias de Albuquerque, by Duarte de Albuquerque, father and father-in-law of the defendants and brother and attorney-in-law of conde Matias de Albuquerque during his absence in Brasil. The plaintiff accused Duarte de Albquerque of spending the rent's amount in his own expenses, but the rents were collected by his servant, Manuel de Miranda.
