Deed of sale of Henrique Vaz to João Eanes of two houses, located in Lisboa, next to the church of Santa Maria dos Mártires, for 5 000 réis brancos, with the obligations of refurbishing one of the houses and to use its income in the fulfilment of the pious charges set by Beatriz Manuel, to be celebrated in the chapel of Santa Maria, in the monastery of São Francisco of Lisboa, where she was buried, and in the church of the Mártires.
Contains a licence (dated 1491-12-12), authorizing João Eanes, to buy real estate up to the value of 20 000 réis, as long as it was free of charges with the obligation of its bequest, to lay people, and it followed by a letter of possession (dated 1494-04-10) of the acquired houses.
