Deed of sale in which Roque de Figueiredo sold some houses in Angra, Terceira island, to Gaspar do Souto Cardoso, administrator of the entail founded by his grandmother Maria Cardoso Valadão, who ordered the purchase of some properties in order to entail them and, with the income derived from their rents, pay for a perpetual mass obligation of four masses celebrated every year. By this deed of sale, Gaspar do Souto Cardoso and his descendants after him compromised to never sale the houses, henceforth entailed.
