Denunciation warrant of administration to Inácio Carvalho de Azevedo enabling him to denounce at his own expenses the vacancy of the chapel of Sancha Eanes, in the monastery of Santo Agostinho of Évora, since the death of Luís Almagraces Palha. The Desembargadores do Paço should grant him an administration letter, for his lifetime only, after he presents them this warrant and a sentence proving that the chapel is vacant to the Crown.
